ORDER CONTINUING HEARING: COMPLAINT NO. 21-004 / NO. 21-005

The Commonwealth Casino Commission ordered that the parties exchange true and complete copies of their witness lists on April 22, 2022. Andrew Yearn v. Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC, Complaints No. 21-001 to 21-005 (Commonwealth Casino Commission April 1, 2022) (Order Continuing Hearing). The parties were also ordered to submit a copy of their witness list to the Commission no later than April 22, 2022. Id. According to counsel for Defendant Imperial Pacific International (CNMI), LLC ("IPI"), the company is in the process of identifying and engaging a witness to provide expert testimony. Andrew Yeom v. Imperial Pacific International (CNMI) LLC, Complaints No. 21-001 to 21-005 (Commonwealth Casino Commission April 22, 2022) (Defendant's Pre-Hearing Disclosures). Further, Petitioner Andrew Yeom and Defendant IPI, through their counsels, stipulated that the May 3, 2022 hearing be continued to May 24, IPI, through their counsels, stipulated that the May 3, 2022 hearing be continued to May 24, 21-005 (Commonwealth Casino Commission April 26, 2022) (Joint Stipulation to Continue Enforcement Hearing). The parties further stipulated that all pre-hearing oppositions be filed on or before May 19, 2022; and that all pre-hearing motions be heard on May 24, 2022. Id.
